Terms of Service

Last updated · May 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Tokealo (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Tokealo provides free online calculators, converters, and everyday tools. The results are for general information only. They are not professional financial, medical, legal, tax, or engineering advice, and they should not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. For decisions that matter, confirm the figures and consult an appropriate expert.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Republish or commercially exploit the site content, copy, or design without prior written permission.
  • Use automated tools to inflate traffic, submit fraudulent activity, or interfere with our analytics or advertising partners.

4. Intellectual property

The tools, text, branding, and design elements published on Tokealo are original works owned by Tokealo or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and related rights. You may use the tools and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

5. Third-party services

Tokealo relies on third-party services including analytics providers and advertising networks. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. By using the Service you also accept the relevant terms and privacy policies of those providers (for example, Google Analytics and Google AdSense).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep our formulas and conversion factors accurate, we make no warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying any result before you rely on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokealo and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any reliance on a result produced by a tool.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, add or remove tools, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tokealo is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction.

10. Contact
